Gigabit Ethernet ports: A 2.5GbE port that uplinks to a PoE switch offers higher bandwidth capacity for the growing demand for cloud-based applications. Four 1GbE downlink ports connect hardwired devices like printers and can supply 2x 15W of PoE power to run devices like IP phones.

Increased data rates: 1024-quadrature amplitude modulation (1024-QAM) enables a 25% increase over 256 QAM, improving throughput to ensure high quality of service (QoS) and the 2.5GbE uplink port doubles the capacity of bandwidth over previous 1GbE ports.
